Twenty-2-One Golf Twenty-2-One Golf is a non-competitive golf scoring system that nurtures your self-esteem instead of bruising your ego. It is designed to play fast, fun, and be a great way to score your practice round of golf without all the guilt and shame. Professional TV golfers hit between 300 and 800 practice balls per day. The average weekend warrior who plays golf once a week hits 300 practice balls per month (if they are dedicated). Consider that there are at least twenty working days in each month; because most professional golfers play every day and hit so many balls, they wind up practicing at a minimum, twenty times more than the typical golfer. There is a gaping disparity between time on task for a professional TV golfer and time most of us have to dedicate to golf. The disparity is so great in fact that we at Big Song Entertainment don't believe the professional rules of golf or current handicap systems adequately address this issue! Practically speaking, most of us need twenty swings, chips or putts for every swing, chip or putt we see a professional TV golfer make. Twenty-2-One Golf is a new scoring system invented to address this disparity! Aside from the Twenty-2-One score card (print it from this web site!) which details our point system, there are just four rules and they are easy to remember: play safe, fix your divots, don't slow up play and you must have fun! The "official" rules of golf from the professional golf associations (with three and four letters in their name) contain 137 pages in 8-point font with 35 rules of golf. But before you even get to the rules there are at least 30 notes about etiquette and 60 golf definitions to learn. Plus the 35 rules contain over 320 notes, exceptions or sub-paragraphs. With Twenty-2-One Golf, you don't need a lawyer to interpret the rules. You are rewarded for every shot, large or small. Print out our score card from this web site and share the spirit of golf with a friend! You can also register, login and leave us your golf stories, pictures and thoughts on the game of golf.
